I’m 20 years old with my first child on the way. I’m used to a schedule working out twice a day. Usually cardio in the morning and Strength/hypertrophy in the afternoon when I get off work. Knowing I have a newborn on the way, I’m not going to get as much sleep and was going to switch to single workouts a day. How would you guys approach this situation?
