So I am 80kgs rn around 180 and I do have a bit of fluff.

I have been training consitently for about 1 year and my dips have gone up to 30KG from bodyweight and my pull ups have gone to almost 10 reps from 4-5

Other stuff has also gone up, but not crazy high. I just entered a gym too, so I guess I should just be a bit more patient and just go hard and train heavy for a couple months, because before going to the gym I did calisthenics stuff.

What do you guys think?
