so im joining my local beer league at a beginner level soon and i want to start working out. for reference im 2006 male and pretty short at 160cm 😅
i spend around 5-10 hours a week on the ice currently practicing my skating skills.
im pretty weak when it comes to weights as i dont workout ever... my current routine that i do whenever i remember is:
[ upper body ]
- incline bench press
- lat pulldown
- chest flys
- seated cable rows
- tricep extensions
- preacher curls
- lateral raises
[ lower body ]
- hack squat
- bulgarian split squat
- seated leg curls
- calf press
- leg extension
- ab cruch workout machine thing
