I lost my dog, pepper, almost exactly one year ago to lymphoma. I had her from the ages of 8-20 and we had her put down at home in the yard she loved to roll in. It’s been almost a year now but every time I even hear her name I start sobbing, it feels like I can’t breath. It’s causing problems because now when I even hear the name of the spice or see a photo of her on my wall I have a panic attack. Am I being too sensitive? And how do I get over it? Any advice is welcome. Thank you.
