Working in office with epilepsy

Hello! I usually don’t post but I need to get opinions of others living with epilepsy. I’ve had epilepsy for about 9 years now, started my first year of college. I worked all through college and always had a corporate job. My last job was a remote job which helped a lot and I was there for almost 5 years until they transitioned to in office in NJ. I live in NY. I recently got off Keppra and my oxcarbazepine dose was increased to 900 mg twice a day. I definitely feel the side effects everyday and now I have a new job that I started in March. This job is in office everyday and it’s killing me. Everyday once I take my morning dose, I start to feel heavy fatigue, nausea and dizziness and I just don’t have the energy to go into an office and sit there. The past 3 Mondays I asked my boss if I can work remote which he was nice about but I feel like my coworkers and boss are starting to hate me for it. I feel the distance and I feel like they think I am being lazy and I’m not. I can’t describe it but my body feels shut down half the time and I just wish I didn’t have this. I feel like my employer will fire me if I keep doing this but I just don’t have the same energy especially with this new increase of oxcarbazepine. Does anyone else feel this way?
