Anyone have progress I-485 from paused countries ?
Hello Everyone
My husband is from Nigeria. We had our interview May 4th. Within 24-48 hours our I-130 was approved.
We did get issued a RFE for I-485 for vaccinations. We already got that solved.
But just wanted to see because everything online is saying that it’s case by case basis. Has anyone been seeing that. Just wanted a little encouragement.
It’s like getting a sip of water in a desert of doubts but I know there’s an oasis of water. lol sorry that was sappy.
