Am I eligible for 2026

I have back exam for my degree which I will be clearing this year November and the result usually takes 4-5 months. Am I eligible to appear for the 2026 cgl. I believe I can get my provisional certificate if I reason with my college principle. Also I will finish 6th sem this month
