Need feedback for my running form
Hi guys, I’m currently training for my first full marathon, the upcoming Sydney Marathon in August and I’m aiming for a sub-3 finish.
This clip is me running at around 4:20/km pace, and I was hoping to get some feedback on my running economy and overall form. I’ve never trained with a coach or running club before, so I’m trying to learn as much as I can on my own.
Any advice, observations, or tips on how I could improve my form and efficiency would be hugely appreciated.
