I got into both New Jersey Institute of tech and GU-Q with almost full aid/scholarship

NJIT: 6.5k to pay p.a excluding flights and personal expensive (including indirect costs around 12k?)

GUQ: almost full ride about 5-7k to pay including personal expenses

Which one would be better for me as i am really confused and the enrolment deadline is really near
