Hi! I am looking to sublease my apartment at the Verve from June through end of or beginning of August. I live with girls, only one will be here to sleep some days of the week after work. We are all extremely close and the girl who is staying is very easy to get close to. We are juniors (about to be senior) We live in a 5-bedroom, 3-bathroom apartment. I live in a single with a private bathroom. I am planning to move back in at the end of August or I can wait until September 1st.
We have a modern kitchen, an open floor living room with vinyl flooring. The apartment comes fully furnished with washer and dryer. The apartment is located at 88 Easton Ave, which is right near the epicenter of College Avenue! At the verve we have a private gym, lounge that includes a grill, outdoor seating with couches, private study rooms, pool table, spray tan lounge (free), and more. Please private message me if you are interested and we can work something out! We also have 24/7 security, a key fob to scan to get into the building, elevator, apartment, and also your room. Also, the apartment is a five minute walk from the train station as well as many restuarants and right next door to Olde Queens. I have never heard the apartment above or below us and it is strictly student housing (considered off campus).
