Her E ability activates an average of 54 on-hit effects at the card's maximum level. A Firebrand (with vulnerability) stacked 54x is not for everyone.

This has been happening for a while with my 9070xt. I thought it might be a monitor problem, but I recorded the issue with OBS and it came through in the recording. Has anyone else experienced something similar?
