Will I be downgraded to Ninja?
Hey, recently I received a mail from TCS that I have a interview scheduled on this Friday for TCS Digital role. Currently, I have a LOI from Cognizant for GenC role, but I don't have any hopes that they will call or onboard me anytime soon since it was a campus placement offer.
So my question is that if the HR askes whether I have any offer from any company should I need to say Yes or No?
I saw many Reddit comments saying that when candidates answered “yes,” they were downgraded from Digital to Ninja, and even from Prime to Ninja.
What should I say in this situation? Can I say that I don’t have any offer but only an LOI from another company? How would that impact my chances? Also, what could be the consequences if I say that I don’t have any offer?
