I'm no military airplane expert but I just saw a older military airplane flyover vestavia area. It was pretty loud and kinda low altitude and I'm not sure if there is some event going on or something does anyone know why an older US military airplane is flying around

Is anyone, who's provider is spectrum, having issues with their wifi? I just replaced both router and modem and still having issues and I just scheduled a technician to come and take a look at it. I just wanted to know if this was a problem everyone is having or just me thanks
