Came back with no progress, so I beat all main game diseases on Mega Brutal (Yes, the special ones too) and wanted to go for the cheat achievements only to see all cheats remain locked, saying I need to beat all diseases on normal and brutal to unlock them. Is this because I don't own the DLC and thus can't play xenolith, or do I really need to replay the entire game on Brutal instead of MB just to get cheats? Both are incredibly disappointing..
