Hello all. It will be difficult to describe the sound I heard, but I'll do my best with this. This did happen several years ago, but I remember it very vividly as one of the strangest experiences in my life.
I was drying off after a shower and my mind was just wandering until I suddenly realize the AIR was LOUD.. It was a small bathroom and the door was just to my right side- I also suddenly noticed that air was rushing under the door to the point where I could physically feel the air blowing abnormally strong on my leg. As soon as I started processing that it was all happening, I heard what I could describe as a whisper that escalated into a louder whisper- ooooaaaaAAHHH, and at the peak of it, it just abruptly stopped completely along with the air.
This was not air conditioning. I took many showers in that bathroom, and it never happened before and never again. There were other strange things that happened in that apartment- a tenant that went completely missing without taking any of his stuff with him, a strange punching bag incident where it was "hit" rather hard, but no one but me and my roomate were there and we were chatting at the time- both looking over at the bag dumbfounded. and a few inexplicably missing items inside and outside (including pretty heavy work equipment from our patio on the 2nd floor that would've been incredibly difficult to remove with thieves on ladders) but this was probably the most significant, in my opinion. I never had issues with auditory hallucinations besides the classic hearing someone say my name sometimes when I was young, but never as an adult.
Wondering of anyone has had a similar experience? Maybe someone could explain this away with something im not considering.
