Hello!! My friend's dad had his overseas bank suddenly locked, and when he called that bank, it was only an AI Chatbot who answered in a foreign language (all through call). He eventually found someone who spoke the language to help communicate with the chatbot, but in the end there was no way to get a real person on the phone to explain what exactly happened and how to fix it, and he may need to travel to that country to ask about his bank. He needs to access that bank for his salary, and he is not currently fit enough to travel.

Is there any other way for him to get through to that bank from here in Malaysia? This issue has been going on for more than a week so any help would be deeply appreciated!!
