Hello everyone,

Ive been ketovore for about 6 months now and the changes were indeed incredible. Way less anxiety, mood swings and stable energy. My libido is just nuts. Morning wood, feeling like a teenager again. The issue is i got my blood work done and my ldl is a bit high.

Ldl cholesterol: 351

Hdl: 51

Triglycerides: 85

Non hdl cholesterol: 331

A1c: 5.7 (which is really strange because ive only been eating ground beef, eggs, milk, cheese, no sugar added vanilla yogurt and a handfull of berries).

I keep my carbs at around 20g or less every day. My high ldl cholesterol makes me a bit worried and thinking i should incorporate more fiber? Problem is, whenever I do this my libido literally takes a nose dive as well as my overall blood flow. My morning woods dissappear immediately and i basically get full blown erectile dysfunction.

Does anyone might know why this is? Has anyone experienced a huge drop in libido once eating more carbs? Anything above 50 and my libido is just tanked. And should i be worried about my high ldl levels?
