While I am not an expert in this stuff, and will never become a politician, If I became president, these are some things I would do;

I would 1, fix the economy, make it easier to support a family and buy a house through things like deregulation, lower taxes and an increased labor force. The American dream of a house with a white picket fence, 2 kids, a spouse and a golden retriever would be accessible again.

I would 2, set up more support for rape victims and new parents while adding harsher penalties for rapists and sex offenders.
There would now be less rapists on the street and rape victims, people with unwanted pregnancies and new parents would have more resources other than Abortion.

I would 3, ban abortion as much as I possibly can, it would be made highly illegal, while alternatives would be heavily promoted.
