Curious what other people incorporate into bag work. I feel like my rounds are becoming a bit stale. Any suggestions on what to switch up?
Warm-up:
25 sprint kicks each, alternate 20, 10 kick check each, 10 check kick each, 50 knees
1 boxing
2 all kicks
3 knees elbows
4 defend + return
5 throw + defend
6 footwork
7 southpaw
8 All out
[9 & 10 all out]
Cool down:
50 teeps, footwork drills, one round shadow box
*Note: Initially I was doing three minute rounds to improve cardio. I’m now doing two minute rounds which is why 9 and 10 are in brackets.
