I have no hypertension at least not yet but I have a family history of it severe enough where it complicated into other things so I basically said yolo and my bp actually got lower.

At first I was using only pre-workout, the weaker kind so I won't have bad readings, Then I said fuck it I only have one shot in life and my only real goal is to get bigger (other than get a job and get huge money)

So now I take a new pre-workout, even at half-scoop is still stronger than my previous one, drink coffee every time I wake up despite already drinking pre-workout at 4PM before I lift and eat 2 eggs daily.

Now from what I understand caffeine and eggs are bad for blood pressure yet somehow it lowered mine? I was usually a 115-118 guy, now I'm 105-110 after all this. I keep forgetting the other two but it also did get lower.

It's not like I had a drastic change in my lifestyle if anything I'm more stressed now because of my family members.

TLDR: I now consume more caffeine and eat eggs daily which supposedly increases bp but somehow lowered mine.
