I awkwardly picked up a heavy floor sander about 9 months ago and injured my back. The inflammation got so severe; I couldn’t stand up straight and my hips were crooked. After the inflammation went away, tried PT and a bridge exercise hurt my back and caused another severe flare up that stopped me from standing upright again. It seems to be getting better and the pain does NOT go down my legs (never did) but is in my lower back down into my hips.

The doctor initially recommended RFA in the nerve but insurance is not covering it so he recommended platelet injections in the back and hips. Curios if anyone had gone this route and what relief/ healing they received?

Anyone else had similar injury pain that uses inversion/ traction table? Seems to be a mixed bag of opinions on them here. Or maybe acupuncture as possible help with pain relief?
