I am 55, no kids, renting an apartment. After years of self employment, I went back to school and became a RN. I started Sept 2024. I now earn roughly 130k a year. Would I be better off putting 30k into my 401k for the tax advantage or funding a Roth IRA for 8k and then 22k into 401k?

I have 150k in Roth/tradional IRA and roughly 620k in brokerage accounts. No debts, 18k hysa
