Would anyone like to share their experience with tesamorelin? Has anyone also went above the 15mg trizeptide?

Currently on trizeptide at 14mg, have been interested in adding tesa. I’m down 100lbs since November 15th and want to get rid of my stomach fat and some and also cut the last 50 lbs I want to get away. I’ve also see people switch to Reta. What did you guys do to get rid of the last stubborn weight and how do adding tesa or switching to Reta work for you?

Would it be over kill if I added a shorter Franco to this stack or maybe a rope?

Would I be over doing it if I added another shorter Franco no pendent to this stack? Maybe 20 inches since these are both 24inches. I know I know do what you look but just wanna see what you guys think?

It is a 24 inch Franco chain and it’s 10.5 grams , I didn’t get the pendent. Paid around 850 or something and I’m wondering if it’s hollow. Haven’t picked it up yet but I currently have a 25 gram one and wanted to stack and uh totally forgot how it felt and stuff or whatever so yeah could this be solid . I think it’s 3mm sorry
