When I was 12 years old I was really into lofi hip-hop remixes. There was one remix of Big L's MVP that was either in a 20 minute song compilation or in an album of remixes that I absolutely could not get enough of. I even made a now deleted Youtube edit/montage on a game that I liked at the time using it. The beginning of the song doesn't actually start with the song. It begins with a man speaking sternly through an old, old, old sounding microphone. The only thing I remember him saying is "The thing is, they are unkillable" or "not killable." before the beat cuts in with some piano sample I'm pretty sure. The cover of the compilation or album was this photo. I'm afraid this one might genuinely be unfindable LOL
