For anyone who’s had LASIK—do you remember what the laser sounded like during your procedure?

A) Loud pulse (almost like a gunshot)

B) Faint buzzing / hum

I’m looking into a possible relationship between the type of laser used, ablation profile, and scotopic pupil size, and how that ties into outcomes/complications.

If you know your ablation parameters and pupil size, I’d really appreciate you sharing—but even just A or B helps.
