Thanks to everyone who took the time to answer my questions about the C20!
It finally arrived today, and I’m so glad I went with the C20 instead of the FTR. I had way more than enough space for it to fit comfortably.
When I first started using it, I noticed the machine would stop and lose all tension when extended. I was pretty disappointed at first, and spent about an hour going through every bolt and tightening everything up. Honestly, I’m glad I did because a lot of them were loose from the installers.
Still, nothing fixed the issue. I started adjusting the tension settings and still couldn’t figure it out.
In the end, I found the real problem, the cable on the arm wasn’t even sitting on the pulley properly. Once I put it back into the slot, it became smooth as butter.
Makes me wonder if some of the other people who had the same issue were actually dealing with this too!
