I wanted to check if there are any tattoo parlours in Riyadh that are actually legal and trustworthy. I’ve heard mixed things about whether tattooing is allowed here or not.

If anyone has an experience of getting a tattoo in Riyadh:

Are there any safe/reliable artists or studios?

How do people usually find them?

What are the typical price ranges?

I've never done it before lol so I’m mainly concerned about hygiene and quality and I'd really appreciate any advice or guidance!
