Happened just now when I opened chess com.
Defender started spamming notifications about wanting to check these dlls.
Is this normal?

This happened when opening YouTube without logging in,
first I couldn't open videos without logging in, then this popped up when I tried.
Plain weird behaviour, I don't even use the built in DNS and VPN BC I use Proton.
Sometimes restarting helps, sometimes it doesn't. I wonder what causes it.
