Been in LA for 3 weeks and struggling to find a neighborhood i like

hello! I moved to LA 3 weeks ago. Per recommendation from this thread and some friends I have been staying in an AirBnB close to work while I look for neighborhoods to live in. Only issue is that after visiting many place, I haven't found anything I really like. This is a "what am I missing" post.

I'm from the east coast and used to being in cities with a lot of walkability and for lack of better term "hustle and bustle" - NYC, Boston, Philadelphia, London, Tokyo.

I am really finding a lot of places to just be too sleepy/calm. I want a bit more liveliness but when I discuss with coworkers or california friends it seems like everyone wants "quiet & residential".

I am looking more on the east side as I work in burbank 4x a week. Every neighborhood appears to have ONE, maybe two streets where there is something going on. But that's it. Is that just how the city is and i have to get used to it? Am i missing something?

Areas I've visited so far below. Right now Koreatown is top of my list.

Burbank: cute but very suburban

Pasadena: Old town area is cute but also suburban

Los Feliz: feels like just 1 street of restaurants

Silverlake: 2 blocks of bars on sunset

Echo Park: Same as above though I do like the vibe here

DTLA: drove around on a Saturday at 10pm and it was completely dead

Arts District: cute during the day, also felt pretty dead at night

Koreatown: Actually liked it here, though apprehensive about safety

Culver City: enjoyed it over here but a bit too far from work

Studio City: Unless there is a cute walkable area i missed, the trader joes parking lot felt like the main event

WeHo: I like the vibes on Santa Monica and Melrose, but between them it's so many blocks of just residential

NoHo: Felt mostly residential

Sherman Oaks: I did like the area around here but also felt suburban
