I find it overwhelming having to text/Whatsapp/email clients about the best time to view properties. What are the tools software do you guys use to manage this efficiently? What I do now is I confirm appointments via text and put them into my google calendar manually along with the property details which is time-consuming especially when calls coming in constantly
