Suggestions?
Hii, so basically I am working in gulf. Initially I came here in LABOUR visa through an agent. And some how I get the job and having just basic salary however I have quite knowledge about Computer and IT field so they promoted me and gave me the clerk/coordinate role but with the same salary. And this coordinator role was quite good initially but now these days they keep increasing by job role. They ask for multiple departments handle which should not br my concern. Even my senior they try to load me with their own tasks sometimes. Since its been less than 1 year. And whith this salary I don’t feel it's good to work in this environment. So I am thinking of quitting this job. And try something else. Am I doing something wrong here. Because as I feel even its tough but that's should be upto 3-4 months. But not upto I still feel the same.
