Getting the missus to invest in her country which capital gains tax is minimum, there is no collaboration between governments. Shares or House is an option.

Feel sorry for Australians that don't have dual citizenships. They have stacked the odds against you, moved the goal posts and changed the rules.
Honestly what this place will look like in 5 years is a worry, especially since I've seen this happen before.
