CRT image jitters, especially in white areas
I have 90s Samsung CRT which has a jittery image, especially in the areas that display white.
I have fully recapped the deflection areas + neckboard + power supply (except the huge filter cap).
The whole screen jitters but it's more visible on white areas.
Turning down the contrast does not help.
