How to Cook Simple & Healthy Meals

I’m an international student that wants to start learning how to cook.

I want to cook a meal that includes:

- Carbohydrates (anything)
- Protein (meat-based)
- Vitamins & Minerals (vegetables)
- Fruits (anything)

My question is: how can I cook all of this with simple ingredients, less effort, and beginner-friendly methods? (Considering I’m still a beginner at cooking 😅)

Do you guys have any menu ideas?

What if Australia is more habitable and Having more than 100 Million Population?

Economically — Would Australia become one of the world’s largest economies with stronger industries, manufacturing, and global companies instead of relying heavily on mining and resources?

Politically — Would Australia become a much more influential global power with greater influence over the Asia-Pacific region and international affairs?

Socially — How would Australian society, national identity, immigration, and multiculturalism evolve with such a massive population increase?

Urban development — Would inland megacities emerge and completely transform the country’s infrastructure and transportation systems?

Culturally — Would Australian media, music, film, and culture become much more globally influential?

Geopolitically — How would neighboring countries and major powers like the United States and China react to a far more populous and powerful Australia?

What if Lee Kuan Yew somehow failed to turn Singapore into a developed country?

Would Singapore have rejoined Malaysia? Would it have remained an independent nation? Could Indonesia have annexed it? Or would Singapore have become a British-controlled territory like Hong Kong? Share all your thoughts and opinions.

What if Makassar people made Northern Australia as a part of Gowa Sultanate prior to British Settlement?

We all know that the Makassar sailors of Sultanate of Gowa (Present Day - Indonesia) traded for trepang (sea cucumber) along the northern coast of Australia in the beginning of 16th century. But in this alternate time line, they did far more than a trade, they established permanent settlements across Arnhem Land and the Kimberley region, building ports, mosques, trading towns, and fortified coastal communities under the banner of the Sultanate of Gowa.

Rather than remaining seasonal visitors, Makassar & Bugis settlers migrated south in a large numbers over generations. Through trade, diplomacy, intermarriage, Military Establishment, and Islamic scholarship, a new Indo-Aboriginal Muslim society gradually emerged. Local Indigenous clans formed alliances with Makassar people, creating a hybrid maritime culture blending Aboriginal traditions with Austronesian and Islamic influences.

By the time European powers arrived in the 18th century, northern Australia was no longer an isolated frontier. It had become an established extension of the Makassarese world & politically a part of Gowa Sultanate, economically linked to Nusantara (Indonesian Archipelago) trade networks, and culturally shaped by Islam and Nusantara civilization.

How would global history change if Australia developed with deep Nusantara-Muslim roots centuries before British colonization?
