The only reason I chose Lunar is because they are advertising themselves with you can open a bank account in 10 days. After a month, I had to call them. The only reason I chose Lunar was because it, still is, very urgent for me and my girlfriend. I was able to open it after more than a month, she still isn't able to do it. It is very difficult to chat with real customersupport, you mostly get the AI to answer, which is not helpful, just saying the usual AI excuses. The real customersupport answers only after 7 days (it is said in the email that they will reply in 7 days, well they do...) My girlfriend still wasn't able to open it, she had to call customersupport as well, but now the app requests her to share all of her private bank transfers from the past 3 months. My question is, why? I didn't had to do it. Stupid bank... as soon as I can I switch, I just need to get my salary first.
Do not use Lunar
