Hello! I will be moving to Montreal soon, and I am in active search of apartments.

Does someone have any info on the building "le 2121", on 2121 Papineau av? I can't find ANY information or reviews online besides what is posted on their website, and it feels weird... However, I can't find any clear red flag.

Any advice about the building or the surrounding area will be appreciated. Thank you!
