31/F/5’2”/140 lbs, recently evaluated for diagnosed Long QT Syndrome Type 1 (KCNQ1 genetic mutation) when I had this echo showing RVSP at 33 mmhg and borderline large right ventricle. No noticeable symptoms but a little hard to tell for sure since the beta blocker causes some fatigue. But not noticeably short of breath or anything. Had a normal CPET stress test. My Long QT Cardiologist was not concerned and I’m doing the tests a pulmonary hypertension specialist suggests (MRI and repeat echo before we jump to RHC) but wanted to get additional opinions.
