M26 6'3 309lbs (fat)

In January I decided it was time to change my life.

I let myself go in my earlier 20's

In January I remember incline walking for half a mile my first day in the gym and being absolutely gassed.

After losing 25lbs, tonight I decided to test my PB for my one mile with the main goal just being faster than last time which was 14:47

For me this is a huge W. I know it's not the best time but it sure does feel good to be under a 14 min mile post workout.

Unfortunately I had to walk for like .10 or so.
