I'm 23 and currently working on getting a lisence. My boss is getting a new car and wants to give me her old car. I have a learners permit (In Alabama where I'm at called a learners lisence). Can she transfer the car into my name? I know I can't really do insurance until I get a lisence but I keep finding contradictory information online. Thanks!
