Hey all, longtime lurker. Got rejected last cycle and have spent this year trying to be intentional about closing gaps. Would love honest tips from anyone who's been through this, especially second-cycle admits.

Cycle 1 takeaway Three rejections. One school told me ICU hours were below their preferred threshold at time of application; another said GPA priority is 3.6+ and suggested an MSN as one possible lever.
My ask For anyone who got in on a second cycle, what was the single thing that made the difference?
Also: any programs you've personally found to be genuinely holistic in their review? Be honest! Feel free to DM if easier.
Thanks in advance, this community has kept me grounded.
