
After 2 long years, I’ve finally reached my goal of visible abs. I’ve always really enjoyed lifting, but a few years ago my diet/food addiction really got out of control and I knew something had to change. I did this transformation 100% naturally, lifting 6 days a week and getting in 12,000 steps daily. If you’ve been thinking about starting that journey, or hopping on that diet, just do it!
