⁠biker is the one who made all the music which are played in first and second hotline miami.
⁠Biker used to formerly work for PhoneHom (which is why he managed to enter the system and find the location of the janitors). Also, the reason why he killed all the employees and especially the boss is because used to absolutely hate them back when he worked there (which is also why instead of instantly attacking jacket compared to everyone else, he told him to leave first. Another thing is that no one recognised biker because of his helmet)
⁠Biker is actually kind of an idiot that doesn’t pay any attention to any world affairs that could literally get him killed (including the bombing of San Francisco). Also another reason why I think he’s stupid is because he chose to join the organisation simply for “thrill” which is the stupidest shit ever.
Biker has absolutely no idea of who jacket is, and is also terrified of him. He thinks that jacket who he met in the PhoneHom and Richard are the same people as they dress the same, and is utterly confused onto why they are appearing in random places (PhoneHom, Desert and now courthouse where you could see biker standing outside). He also thinks that this entity (Richard and Jacket who he thinks are one person) have paranormal powers.
