Im having difficulties with the starter on my 2019 E300 4matic. It has 160k miles and im thinking the previous owner had the auto stop/start on all the time which is not ideal. Car starts up perfectly fine like 80% of the time, but a few times it'll crank like 10 times, then completely reset the car. Then I'll wait like a minute and it'll start up. Battery is fine, so im thinking I need to replace the starter motor. Any ideas of how much that would cost? Specifically would the 4cyl turbo need to be dropped to access it? Not really tryna spend like 3k if i can deal with it even if it may be annoying.
