Hello, I'm planning on taking the 4-8 TExES social studies exam (118). I have two questions
• What topics are heavily mentioned compared to others
• Is social studies 4-8 exam similar or easier than the 7-12 Social studies exam?
Hello, I’m currently in an ACP program and preparing for my content exam, which covers 4-8 social studies subjects. I’m hoping to work at the district where I used to attend school, and I have a strong connection with my high school principal. We’ve discussed my interest in teaching, and I’ll be meeting with him in two weeks to ask for his assistance in securing a job which im sure he'll try his best. However, I’m wondering whether it would be more beneficial to send emails to the principals of the schools I’m interested in, or if I should wait until my connection sends out resumes to those same schools.
Does anyone here work at Galena park ISD (GPISD)? Curious if they're hiring right now or not yet
