I just transitioned from formula cars to sports cars last week and decided to drive the Porsche cup for the rest of the season.

When I first saw the Nordschliefe on the schedule for this week I was initially going to skip it but I ultimately decided I would challenge myself and learn the track for this week.

After about 5 hours of practice over the past few days I finally managed to complete a full race distance with a best lap of an 8:22 on the Gesamtstrecke 24h layout.

I still don’t feel confident enough to enter a race but I’m finally not getting confused/lost on track anymore and I know my braking markers and turn in points pretty well. For the experienced Nords drivers, how long did it take you to get comfortable/fast on this track?
