Daily “Aches” throughout the day .. not actual long last headaches

Does anybody else get these types of headaches? They’re not your typical long, lasting dull, aching headaches that you get every once in a while. They’re like 1 to 2 seconds sometimes 3 second long headaches that go away for about an hour and then show up again throughout the day? They’re not painful .. well every one in a while I’ll get an ice pic headache where it does feel sharp, but these are just random short, achy pains in my brain throughout the day. Yes, I do have a lot of attention in my right trap and I did have a lot of tension about a week ago in my neck on the same side, I am right handed and I do work at 9 to 5 desk job. Could this all just be from tension? I seen a chiropractor today. He recommended some stretches after my adjustment. I’m gonna start focusing on strengthening my back muscles just in case.

Hello, I just want to preface I’ve only been an LPN for a little over a year. I started in LTC where I worked the cart for 8 months then I pivoted over to assisted living where they took a shot on me to becoming their wellness nurse despite my experience. A lot of my duties are described below. I have two semesters of my associates left then will shoot for a residency at a local hospital. This is where I’m stuck.. I eventually want to become an NP and working closely with our providers who are all either NP’s or PA’s, I’ve taken a liking to what they do in LTC and at our assisted living that I’m wanting to become a geriatric provider myself. I’m just unsure what experience I’ll need, what residency I should shoot for.. ER, Med surg, Psych? If either. I know I have a while before deciding but I just want a general recommendation on how I can eventually come back here to assisted-living or long-term care. Thanks!!

[Assessing potential residents before admission
Determining whether their care needs are appropriate for assisted living
Reviewing medical history, meds, behaviors, mobility, cognition, etc.
Protecting staff workload by avoiding unsafe or overly complex admissions
Coordinating with families, hospitals, case managers, and providers
Helping ensure compliance with facility policies/state regulations, etc. ]
