Listen to your body

My provider was pretty firm on me bumping from 2.5 to 5 after 4 weeks. I’d lost 10 lbs those first 4 weeks and while I did get hungry, the food noise was so much less than normal, and the amount I needed to eat was less as well. So I stuck with it.
I’m exercising and choosing as healthy foods as possible. I’m 11 weeks in, still on 2.5 and have lost 26 lbs so far.
So just a reminder: while you do need to lose weight, don’t try to eliminate hunger completely. You need to learn to cope with it and choose well when you are hungry. Otherwise once you’re off the meds, it’ll all come back.

That’s my 2 cents
Cheers!

Hi everyone! Moving to Fort Lauderdale for work in June. I'm 27 and will be moving with my fiancee. We want a 1 bedroom or 1 bed + den with a gooood gym and close enough to a nice park., also in unit washer dryer is a mnust We're not big on nightlife. We're particularly interested in Lauderdale by the Sea and Pompano Beach. Budget around 2500. Good maintenenace response and not super noisy at night. Some buildings I've seen that I really like are:

Morea

Berkshire Lauderdale by the Sea

10x Port Royale

Arium

Cypress Bend

Bonus points if it's near a good daycare (I'm 5 months preggo!)

Wide open to other suggestions.

Thanks!
