I want to start studying how saints died, what they wrote and taught

I’m planning on converting from Protestant to Catholic. So I’m going to buy a Catholic Bible since they have the apocryphal books in them. I’ve been reading the NLT translation for a while. What translation should I get for my new Catholic Bible?
