Let's share our sad stories and get ideas on how to protect our Cory's from themselves. My Story:
I rocked up to my tank this morning to count my Albino corys as is the routine and found only 4 swimming around. After a few hours of coming back to the tank and seeing if the 5th one had re-emerged, I suddenly noticed a dead Cory wedged between the suction cup thermometer and the glass of the tank. Like....never forsaw that happening and for many months all other fish interacted normally with the thermometer and didn't actively try to shove their body with great effort and resolve into a no no zone. Anyway, I'm sad and no more suction thermometer.
Thanks.
