Hey everyone,
I'm a college student going through a really hard time with school, studying, pressure, personal issues, etc. And the only thing that keeps me going is treats here and there. I always wake up late, end up getting coffee on the way to school, and then eat lunch at cheap places like McDonald's. I'm fully aware that it's a problem, and I'm trying really hard to find easy alternatives to help. I've gotten really sick of eggs, yogurt, sugar-free jello, and things like that, but I'm desperately trying to lose weight for summer. I know there aren't any easy workarounds, and I just have to toughen up, but do any of you have healthy alternatives/hacks that would make my life a little easier? I'd really appreciate some feedback, thanks!
